If you have a tracking number you can see where it is online. Or with that tracking number call the UPS carrier you sent it from. It could also be held at the Mason City carrier ( 1721 S Garfield Pl, Mason City, Ia) they are open 8a-10a and 3p-6p Monday thru Friday.
