Partner, the only thing I would sort of off the cuff suggest is to call your local, last had their hands on UPS office and pose your concerns. I've been met with nothing but professionalism and competence and courtesy since I got there, I'm fully confident they will assist you in every way in their power. Luck to you
Curtis Stone, it was supposed to be delivered to my address. I have already double checked and I put my address in correctly. Aaron Sellers, thank you for the advice. I will have to call the store in Mason City since it is the most local office to where I am.
My guess is it went to the wrong address? Check where it was supposed to be delivered.
