Ordered a package which had 2 day shipping. The day of it showed it was out for delivery and when I checked again it said back at FedEx. Driver had the item but didn’t bother to deliver it. Had to to pick it up at FedEx which is about an hour away.

I had made some online orders and chose to pickup in-store because I wasn't sure if I'd be home when they arrived. What I didn't expect was a fee because I had earned free shipping from the Gap family of stores. This was disappointing because I order frequently online and this was the first time I had to pay at pickup. It was 2 packages on 2 different days which totaled over $10. I don't think I will be using this method again.

After FedEx Ground said that my package was delivered but was not, calling FedEx was no help at all. I drove to this location last week and met Dave. He contacted Oaks but I still got no package. Yesterday I drove here again and spoke again to Dave. He was very helpful and sympathetic to my concern. He called the Oaks service center and later I called them. Well today, I got my package, 6 days late. Apparently FedEx has issues with contracted-out drives and employees. Instead of delivering the package they just scan it delivered. Thanks Dave.
