wait over an hour for shots walked out ask they act like we are a bother all they were doing was conversations at the desk goofing off so to speak said it’s only shots yes it is but my time is just as valuable as there their time.

Everyone is sweet but I'm getting a little tired of my concerns about my son being dismissed. He's 2.5 and has only slept through the night maybe 5 times. I'm I'm "try a schedule. Try this. Come back in a month" but why do I need to continue to wait when this has been my reality for the past 2 years and it has gotten us nowhere still. This is not normal. I am exhausted this is why parents break because they reach out for help and are told to "keep pushing!" I can only do so much to get him on a schedule when he still refuses to sleep for 3 hours after I lay him down, wake up through the night and maybe take a nap. We've bedtime stories. Movies, completely silent, completely lights out, white noise, night light, room sharing, bed sharing, pacifer, no pacifer, nothing has worked so clearly there's a bigger issue at hand.

Terrible reception service! Called as a new patient assigned by Humana and was told rudely to get reassigned elsewhere. Representative of the Fayetteville atmosphere - abrasive and hella rude - if this is the first voice or face you get from a pediatric office - I’m glad to go elsewhere. I don’t trust my children being seen here. First impressions are not everything but it is a factor when choosing a Healthcare providing team.
