Perfect place to study or to read a book and relax in a quiet environment. The staff is very professional. I like the library. Been coming here for over 10 years and I only keeps getting better. I recommend this place.

This place is fantastic! One of the part-timers there went above and beyond his job description to help me - I think his name was Edwin?

I've always enjoyed this library but the reason I give it 5 stars here today is because of the way they've worked with me during the covid era. I don't have a car and have limited ability to get rides, so it's more difficult for me to go to libraries further out for borrowing materials. Not only did they run me down a dvd while they were closed to the public (I, at the time I'm writing this am not personally enrolled as a student at RACC) and the Reading Public Library was closed (so it couldn't be sent over to the nearby library), but they also did so after the RPL was reopened so I wouldn't have to wait for over a week for the dvds to make it through their quarantining process. In a time where I've encountered much frustration, unnecessary protocol, and a unyielding unwillingness in some to figure out a way to work with me, it's incredibly refreshing to engage with those who, as Dave of Yocum put it, "do (their) best to remain in (our) graces". Keep up the good work guys. Blessings.

Yes but you must provide an ID to enter
Well that's interesting. Call the Library and inquire regarding your request.
Please rephrase that in the form of a question.
Please rephrase that in the form of a question. I'm going out on a limb here (that's a branch joke) and guessing that you are asking if the Library is accessible to non students? If so, then yes, the library is part of the Berks County Library System, just like Reading, Muhlenberg, Mifflin, and all the others.
