TRASHY PLACE!!!!This place is the worst place ever. Nasty place to live. All apartments got mice. They will become your regular pets. The mice will destroy your items in your home. Neighbors have bedbugs and the office doesn’t not do a thing because all the buildings are infested. They will steal your security deposit. They never do repairs when you report them. I left that place and it was the best thing I did. Trash all over the inside of all buildings and outside. I left that apartment in great condition I sealed all the mini holes from pictures I had on my walls. I even painted the kitchen and bedrooms before I left in May 2021 and to this day I have not received my security deposit and I passed the final inspection. They must need it more than me. They never answer the phone and they purposely have the voicemail full or off so no one can leave messages. This place is a total dump. Your children will get sick. Don’t ever rent here. They are thieves. They now are owned by a realtor company and they are thieves too they will keep your security deposit. You will see for yourself if you rent there.

Don't waste your time managements are Crooks and liars , no help , no repairs unless Corporate is coming .maintenance workers steal and go in your apartment when ever . Horrible place to live in.

Horrible place to live in. save your money and your credit score as the management will not help with problems like roach infestations/pests, troublesome neighbors etc. i have a neighbor who made complaints about a tenant who is very irresponsible and never puts a leash on their dangerous dog, all the management did was tell them to put a leash on the dog instead of calling animal control but to this day the irresponsible tenants still break the rules and let the dog run around loose,they also have a son who is always up to no good. everywhere i walk in the parking lot there is always dog poop here and there it smells horrible, this community is not so private nor is it quiet it's always noisy 24/7 everyday. loud music non stop, garbage bags indoors and on the parking lot everywhere is a mess and so much more. if you are looking for a quiet and SAFE community save your money as the rent is always increasing here, please look elsewhere as this place is NOT where you want to live trust me. lived here for 6 years this community never got better just worse. wish i could give negative stars as living here is that bad.
