The one star that was given was being very generous I don't even feel that they deserve that one star the female supervisor Linda is very unprofessional she made it seem on the phone as if she didn't care that I have small children in my house with no heat she was very rude she is not trained properly I'm somebody that works with the public every single day and her professional attitude needs extreme work she should not be able to deal with the public with the attitude and mentality that she has I can see Penn pride losing an extreme amount of business due to her and her unprofessionalism you need to get rid of her and hire some friendly people that don't mind helping others

I waited a week for oil. I ran out the night before they came. And, because of covid they wouldn't come in an re-start my furnace! I had to call another company and pay $170.00 to get a relight. When I called I spoke with a Linda and she was very unprofessional, interrupting me when I was explaining the situation. It was completely apparent that SHE didn't care and rather than lose my composure and be rude I just hung up on her. (obviously no one trained her on how to deal with an unhappy existing customer). Not that it matters to them, but I will not be using their service again. Lowest oil cost in the area or not. I'm not giving my hard earned money to someone who doesn't care whether I have children or elderly family members to keep warm!
