I could not be happier. Parkway Audio and security has provided great service and provided me with a premium sound system for a very fair price! Everyone was extremely nice but Vin is the one who directly helped me. I wanted to upgrade my stereo and sound system in my 2015 Nissan, I thought just replacing the speakers would be good enough. Vin informed me that most likely I would not hear what I wanted to archive. But he said I could think about the complete replacement and was not pushy at all. I really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge and came back less then a week later to finish the job. I purchased a cheap amp on Amazon and Vin agreed to install it, but again Vin advised me most likely I would not be happy! He was right and I realize you get what you pay for. I am so glad I returned the Amazon amp and have everything Alpine purchased here in my SUV. I Could not have hoped for a better Soundsystem! It is way louder then I expected or wanted, but it sounds amazing and I am very happy. Thank you

Amazing experience. They were able to help me get a new sound system for my car. Very knowledgeable about what I would need and gave me installation tips and “gotchas”. Definitely going to recommend them and will be back the next time I need a new car stereo.

Great experience. Employees are awesome. They installed a remote starter for my brother 4 years ago and it is still working. I brought the car for them to check on an electrical issue that I had. They could solve it and therefore they were fair by only charging me for diagnosis.
