The installer was great and knew what he was doing, thank goodness! One of the blinds came defected but he was able to fix and install it properly. As far as Blinds to Go, I don't think I would use you again since the fact that I paid over $3k no blind should have come defected. Where is your quality control? Also, after I changed to motorized someone should have come back to measure since the batteries had to be installed inside above the blinds which will make it very difficult to recharge the battery.

Never again. For the price their install experience is terrible. We were convinced to get a professional installer by a representative who told us that it would be so easy. That someone would come at a time that is convenient for us. Well. Every time I try to book a time in the system to have an install (which it says is available), I get a text message from some random number telling me that they aren't available at that time and I need to rebook. Now, we need to do it midweek, in a huge time window right before leaving town, so we have to take time off of work to deal with this. Listen to the bad reviews here. Go to a more professional place.

(installation review) I ordered blinds last September but was FINALLY able to schedule them to be installed. This in part due to Covid and my crazy work schedule. My installer was very professional and even called to ask if he could come earlier, which is always a plus. I had actually used a laser measuring tool which actually made my measurements too precise, so keep that it mind. He said that if I was off even by 1/16th, we might have had issues. Installation was organized and took about 1.5 hours as my track blinds were a custom size of 13 feet wide by 9 feet tall. And there were two sets. I would highly recommend them to do the install, etc.

we do not have specific kits, however you can get Vane Savers, which are clips to put onto the top of the slat itself so it can clip back into the carrier on the track. Additionally, if you purchased the blind from us, it is covered under our lifetime warranty; this means you can bring it into any BTG showroom and we can send the track back to be repaired it it needs to be or if they can't do it in the store themselves.
