I was hoping to get some insight into why I am not sleeping well. They did a 'snore study' on me and gave me a machine with a broken cord. When I called to ask about it, they said to try anyways. Well, surprise, there was no data so I had to wait several months for another appointment to do the sleep study again. Thankfully this time it worked. Well, I don't snore. I already told them that.. with the follow up appointment, I was told to practice good sleep hygiene. All of this, PLUS - I was harassed for paperwork for my service dog. BOTH TIMES. I kindly but persistently informed them that according to ADA law, they may not ask for paperwork for a service dog. The first time it occurred.. I had a nice conversation with the office manager (I believe) about what they CAN ask in accordance with ADA law such as, is your dog a service animal and what tasks does your dog complete. I informed them that typically if someone shows a registration card for their so called service dog, it is more likely to not be a 'real' service dog since you do not need to have this card. Well, the second time I went in I expected no issues since I had them previously and thought they were over.. but to no avail. I was again told I needed to show her ID card or paperwork for my service dog. I was told that they "have to ask this information because of people with allergies." WRONG. I felt harassed and did not enjoy either of my appointments. I will not be going back.

I went to this place and if I had known that the professionals there are so reckless I would not have put so much personal information In my face they laughed even at the health conditions they disrespect people and I don't think I'm the only one who The one who interviews you has passed and comes in and out like it's not serious, what they're talking about is disrespectful Since it's the second place where you can do that exam, I don't recommend it A nurse went to the waiting room and asked me out loud that I'm allergic to and in front of everyone I had to tell him that personal information But they leave you waiting up to 2 hours. And it was a first date I don't want to know about the second, I just recommend that you don't put as much personal information in the first book that you are asked to fill out. I hope that in the future there will be another clinic so that there is competition.

I don't think so
The usual: nurse sees you first, takes your history. Then you see doctor. He/she might order tests or sleep study. The office runs smoothly. I've never sat in waiting room more than 10 mins before they called me back. I always ask for early morning appts.
