Absolutly HORRIBLE customer service. they sent an email saying they couldn't deliver a package to me. Called the customer service number and could NOT get to a live person to help me get it sorted out. Had to drive to a satellite office to try to talk to a live person!!!

You can call 1800 pick ups arrange a time it will cost to that or just give it to any ups driver at no cost
If they need a signature and keep missing you, its probably at the closest ups store near your address
