My family recently moved to the College Hill neighborhood. My first visit to the library was very positive, the staff was friendly and there was a great selection of books. The second visit, with my 8 year old, included a staff member who is a man in a dress. Cats can wear hats, but men in dresses is a NO. I can't believe my tax money is paying for this nonsense. We will not be patronizing this city-funded establishment again.

Children under seven years of age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or caretaker.
You need a Wichita public library card if you don't have one it's easy to sign up for one... you just need a proof of address.
