Several years ago my grandpa was cremated here. When we walked to pick him up, there was a guy on the phone telling someone “I got a surprise for you, a hip!” Then he noticed we came in and quickly got off the phone. The garage door was open and they only had a room divider between the oven and the street so you could tell what was going on. It felt sketchy and I will never take any of my family to this place again. I have never gotten worse vibes anywhere.
