Thank you for your inquiry. We charge by the job, based on the size, type of carpet and how soiled the carpet is. The cost does vary quite a bit from house to house depending on condition and how much furniture there is, whether we are moving the furniture or cleaning around it. We don’t have a set price per room because if we are only doing open areas we just charge for the area that we are cleaning – not the entire room. We offer a free, in-home estimate in order to give you an accurate cost for the cleaning. We schedule estimate appointments between 9 & 5:30 during the week and 9 – 12 on Saturdays.
