I know right! My postman never knocks either, ticks me off. Sorry just kidding. The simple solution is, fill out the delivery instructions available on their website, to get a lockbox and provide UPS with the combo, so your parcels can be secured. Although I'll advised get a cheap security cam, see who's doing it (usually a good neighbor) and give them the smackdown. Personally I want my parcel ASAP ! Knocking on doors DELAYS. Frankly, it's selfish and unrealistic to expect.
