Joke of a store. Nickel and dime for everything. Wanted to charge me a dollar to tape a box for return to Amazon. I'll return it to Kohl's or I don't even have to have it in a box. Wants to argue about what the instructions say. That's fine, I understand. I'll take my business somewhere else. Bad customer service. Over less than $0.10 in tape.
