Dress up!
I have seen from casual wear to fancy. I'd say go however you feel the most comfortable. I usually wear black pants, a nice top and a necklace. Some go very fancy. I've not attended for Valentine's Day so I'm not certain if people get dressier or not. Just go and enjoy the food and show as I'm sure you will!

It is showmanship and classy to dress up for a Valentine's occasion! Never possible to over dress!
I do not know about Valentines day, but the Saturday night show we went to, people were dressed anywhere from blue jeans and tennis shoes to long formal dresses! I personally felt that dressier was more appropriate.
Not possible to over dress. Everything from nice jeans to a suit would be appropriate.
I would suggest dressing up, however on a regular occasion there was everything from shorts to formals. I would say wear what you're most comfortable in!

When we went we dressed business casual. We went to the noon show. Which was appropriate. Food was good cocktails reasonable! Just have fun!
Just like the theater in Colorado you can dress up or be casual. I will suggest dress-up have fun!
