Our room didn't, we had a nice skyline view of the city. So I'm not sure. Call them and ask, the staff is great, the breakfast is the best and the on premise restaurant although a bit expensive is to die for.
Alas, there are no views of the/a river...though sixteen floors up, ya got a splendid view of (sub[/])urban life.
