I’m not one to ever leave reviews, and this might actually be my first Google review ever but I have tried calling 4x and left 4 voicemails in an attempt to make an initial evaluation appointment as I was referred here from my PCP. Not only have received no answer and no call back but it’s been almost two weeks. Every time I call I’m sent to the same exact voice message and am unable to get in touch with anyone to go any further than leaving a message.. In the mean time My condition has gotten worse. It is incredibly frustrating to not be able to get in touch with anyone in order to make an appointment. I called Henry ford one time and was promptly answered and was able to make an appointment that day. Super disappointed with this unprofessional and unreliable phone system.

I had therapy for my hip back in Dec of last year. The office staff was friendly, flexible and accommodating. The clinic was clean and practicing in a very safe manner with Covid precautions. My PT Cindy M was outstanding. She listened to my problems and pin pointed some of the causes. She helped me gain flexibility and designed a good home program to help my condition. Thank you Cindy and the whole team at Ascension PT in Southfield. Great team work is evident at this practice.
