My dad is in rehab here. Seems a little disorganized…short staffed like every place on the planet!! Some great staff, some not so great staff

My grandmother stayed at Evergreen on a couple occasions and the facility was consistently amazing. The staff were kind and very accommodating to all of her needs. The physical therapy she received left her feeling the best she had since even before she needed the rehabilitation. You can tell that Evergreen is run very efficiently and all of the staff are passionate about their work. I would highly recommend to anyone!

My cousin is in this facility, she is always in bed, she had a stroke, when they bring her food they leave it on left side of bed(the side she’s paralyzed on). The bed is always full of crumbs and food. The carpet has old food on it. Terrible, wouldn’t recommend this facility.

We recommend visiting hours be from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM - so that our patients can have a healthy breakfast and get ready for their day!

I believe they're between 10 and 8, but I've seen family signed in as early as 845. Don't know if any set hours for family. one lady said she is there with her relative 24/7
