1. Onboarding - We will have an onboarding call with your business representative to understand what you offer to your client and to get to know your brand voice. We also do a ton of research before-hand to learn about your business. 2. Connecting - Before we begin to create the posts we ask for access to your social media accounts to research your insights and to prepare to post your content. 3. Writing - Our team of dedicated writers will create the posts and the marketing strategists will schedule them to post on your social media channels. 4. Revisions - Before anything is posted you will be sent the posts for approval or revision. 5. Reporting - Once posted we show reports to give you insight into the performance of your posts. 6. Strategy - Every month we can schedule a 60 to 90 minute call to discuss the current strategy and any changes.
