This company is trying to rip people off!! Over the phone John advised of a $90 fee (3) times! When I get there he asked for the fee first! Before I could even sign in! How about before that he tells his Co worker(in front of me) I'm about to get this $90. SMH!!! JUST TERRIBLE ALL AROUND! In addition this place was hard to find! NEVER AGAIN TCS!! I Don't need an owner response. From what I've read they are just rebuttals and excuses! AGAIN! NO THANK YOU TCS!!

Printer isn't repaired yet but staff was helpful in explaining the process. It was a bit hard to find, too.

They wouldn't tell me how much my laptop would cost to fix, or how long it would take, and wanted a minimum 90 fee to even look at it to get that information
