Two of the managers are rude, yell at disabled employees and minors. They do not offer holiday pay. Dirty store. Bathroom was always gross. Won't go there again

Wish I could give a zero star review. Rolled through the drive through at 9:50 with 2 cars in front of us and no one answered the drive through speaker. Both cars drove though without saying anything but we drive up to the window and 3 employees ignored us. Finally someone acknowledges we were at the window and stared laughing. Never opened the window. Never asked what we wanted. If you close at 10 you need to take orders until 10. Otherwise you need to close at 9.

Ordered 8 pieces chicken (dark meat) at the drive through, but received mixed pieces instead. My order was corrected but the cashier did it with a grudgingly unprofessional attitude. Consumer beware: this location is not the preferred fast food place for professional and courteous service out of many other restaurants to choose from.

The new Bo chicken sandwiches are awesome. But this location seems to have old cold food regularly, which is not awesome. Since all the COVID nonsense many of the Bojangles locations interiors are pretty dirty and gross this location was no different.
