Is there a water advisory in the city?..my wife and i live at woodcrest apartments on Civic center drive just east of Telegraph/Berg..just got home from being gone since 11.30..its now 6.30..turn on cold water and it burst out grey/black water..???

what is going on with the water? i went to use the restroom and when i flushed the toilet the water came out cloudy brown... is there a boil water alert for the southfield?
