Hi Christian, per our terms and conditions, you have to reschedule 24 hours before the initial appointment to keep your deposit, or if you cancel within 24 hours you'll have to pay that deposit again. Hope this helps!
If you reschedule, no other deposit. But if you cancel, they will refund deposit and a new appt will generate the need for a new deposit.
