The Clerks are fine young city employees. Always genuine! The judges are always fair here. Some of the judges help local city's as well. All in all the sheriff deputies and constables are if'y because some are layd off officers hateing life.

Tried to file a small claims case, was told it’s out of Ogden’s jurisdiction. They refused to send my affidavit and other paperwork back to me so I could file it with Washington terrace. I offered to pay postage, trying to avoid the 3 hour trip. Very unprofessional, uncaring, unhelpful. Typical of Ogden government.

Pretty rude people working here. Just trying to get all the information I can about a ridiculous ticket and the girl was very rude and unhelpful. Most people are trying to do the best they can, being helpful on the phone can make things less difficult.

If you’re unable to make your payment, please call the court and a clerk will schedule a date for you to appear before the judge and the judge will be able to make alternative arrangements. Never miss a payment because more than likely, you’ll receive a notice to appear and the judge will be less willing to help.

What are you wanting to pay? If your a day reporter then you have to pay cash to then there anything else I'm not sure
In most cases, you can go to the court and sign a promise to appear and obtain a new court date, or you can call the Court and request a new court date to see the Judge and have the warrant recalled. It is always best to try to call the court and deal with a warrant ASAP, as ignoring it just increases the chances you will be arrested and spend time in jail.

Depends on a variety of things. Criminal & DL.history, priors, accident, have people with you, etc. Base fine starts at $1640. That does not include impound fees, motor vehicle fees, etc.
