Why does 8th st have to be the private racetrack for the motorcycle shop (tucker )?. They have a bike night each month and all it is racing on one wheel up and down our street.. They also use 8th st for testing fixed cycles all the time.

If these motorcycle riders are driving in a reckless manner, they are endangering others as well as them selves. You can call dispatch and report them as reckless driver.

It's a form of theft. Police would need evidence of the theft to take action. I would suggest change your password.
How do I get video footage from incident when cops were called? How do I make out a written report about incident? The officer didn't offer anything. Very disappointed. Ive never called the police before and expected more professionalism. I felt like a joke and criminal. Ive always supported the police but now I don't know.

Try calling non emergency dispatch and ask if they can relay an message to the officer that signed your ticket with your number and explain you didn't get your license back.
