Every morning I commute to Ogden from Logan and exit 21st Street off the I-15 and drive to Midland Dr there are many violations of crossing the double yellow line and making left turns its insane. Law enforcement ? Playing Chicken? Whats the Law?

How do I get video footage from incident when cops were called? How do I make out a written report about incident? The officer didn't offer anything. Very disappointed. Ive never called the police before and expected more professionalism. I felt like a joke and criminal. Ive always supported the police but now I don't know. Army Veteran feels unsafe
