Management is very helpful, neighbors are friendly. Great safe environment for my children. I've never seen a roach but I guess that depends on the cleanliness of the Tennant not the management

Country woods is a rent controlled complex, 2 bedroom apartments generally go to people with children. You could try for a 1 bedroom.... I believe that there's one or two available.
