Totally terrible experience I have had experience with tim the first qmp of this business maybe even the owner. It started out great then meeting with the QMP things where good he was fast and seemed to do his job. Then as I'm checking out I'm talking to the girl and she just isn't listening to me I'm telling her I'm disabled and on disability, every time I have renewed my card I have gotten a discount and I'm telling her and she says you have $25 off which was the deposit I paid not a discount. On top of that the day before I was called iwas told that with that and everything it would be $129 and yesterday the girl made me pay $144 I am very unhappy and will be going somewhere else when I need a renewal

Ladies where all amazing. They made sure I understood what the process was and that I understood all I needed to know about the program. Very patient with me. It was the best ever going in and coming out and having the knowledge I need to get and use my card properly. Thanks again ladies your all amazing.

Always has been a good experience. Very helpful staff and really nice people! My renewal appt. was fast and easy, considering I had called that day and they got me in with no problem.

This was one of the best medical appointments I think I've ever experienced. The QMP and other staff were so informative and helpful with what to expect/recommendations. The consultation was much easier than I was anticipating and the QMP was genuinely so helpful and compassionate. All around just a wonderful place!
