Terrible people! No customer service! They have a deplorable lady handling the passports. No wonder the USPS is a failure. The bottom of the barrel is where they scrape up to staff this location. I wish there was a zero star option.

Deserves 0 stars. They have a package of mine that didn’t get delivered because nobody could be bothered to deliver the mail on the day when it was supposed to arrive. They don’t answer the phone EVER and I can’t get the package bc when I go up there the doors are locked and nobody is there (during their normal hours of operation). So they have my stuff and apparently I’ll never be able to get it.

Terrible service and there needs to be a change in management. My passport appointment was canceled the first time with no explanation. The second time they blamed it a broken camera and the third time I was told they are short staffed and advised me to go Angier or Fayetteville. I had to pay additional money to expedite my passport due to the poor and unprofessional service of the Benson Post office.
