impossible to confirm an appointment unless you happen to answer on the one time they call you, called back multiple times to be told by the automated system that offices where closed on a day they where open, hung up on by operators not wanting to answer the phone after waiting on hold. Im finding somewhere else, that values my time and not their own convenience.

Horrible place, God doesn't want it, the doctors are wonderful but the people who attend the front desk, terrible, I explained to one of them that they would make me the record telling the truth that my appointment was at 3:00 pm because I left my job at 2:00 p.m. to be on time and that my work needed that proof since I left a half hour earlier, no, the lazy woman only wrote the day and when I explained what I needed again, she wrote in pen IN HER HAND ,, I told him that they were not going to accept that since anyone could do it,, and he told me that they did not do that,, I told him: just write the truth,, and he did it, when I requested an appointment with one, a gynecologist told me that I had to make my own appointment with my doctor,,,, it reminded me of the secretaries of the municipality of my country,, who attend to one with their legs,, that's how it is there,,, God first does not have to return because even if it was free, if you have the opportunity to go to another medical center, go to another, this former experience was in the one that remains in Benson,,,H O R R I BL E!!@

No one knows how to do their job. They dropped the ball and didn't complete my referral correctly. I was told to drive all the way from home to pick up a letter and it wasn't there and wasn't ready. I am so fed up with the office staff. They definitely need retraining! Don't go here
