I avoid calling in or using the text method of prescription refills. There are many problems with this. One of the people who answers the phone argues with you about prescriptions. Told me there might be a flavoring compound I'm allergic to but she didn't know. Advised to try it and see? REALLY. I unfortunately go there and drop things off. Pick them up personally. I agree help that would be more personal.

Got a call saying My perception was delayed not anything about the other so I called the person on the line told me it was too much. And they would not call the doc for another one so I took what the guy was saying you can't have your inhaler to breathe so thank you so be looking for a different pharmacy here on ot

Long wait time for an appointment booked online, none of the forms filled out online “came through” so I had to do them again in store, web app won’t allow me to update my name, meh 🫤 very disappointing

My guess is because the pharmacy is an absolute joke.
I've been having the same problem. I can't get through to the pharmacist at Walgreens or Smith's.

I DISLIKE the pharmacy very much so..i like the employees but the wait is terrible .Twice they didn't have our medication until the next day..once they had us come back 3 times in one day due to they're error.. KENT'S PHARMACY IS AMAZING..I NOW WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE.. PRICES ARE FABULOUS. the pharmacist is the NICEST GUY..he is on top of things..
