The bed & breakfast we stayed at allowed us to leave our luggage at their front desk after check out. We returned at 4 and headed for the boat. Worked for us.
After 9/11 there are no longer lockers at the terminal. All belongings must be removed from the boat. There is a porter service at the terminal that can hold your items for you. The company is Paradise Porters and their number is 305-293-4000
No, luggage is stored wherever there is space, along the walls or at seating
