WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD. This is not a one time review. The employees here are as rude as they come. They need training on Customer Service skills. I'd rather pay double at UPS to avoid the negative interaction & that’s exactly where I’ve since started going due to the multiple negative experiences I’ve had at USPS.

I paid for certified mail with a copy of the recipient's signature for an envelope I sent to Key West. When I received a copy of the signature, it was just some random letters and numbers handwritten. What is the point of paying for the service if it's not going to be done? I mailed important documentation and wanted to know who accepted the package when it was delivered. I called USPS and was told I could expect a call directly from the Key West post office within 3 days. It's now been two weeks and I haven't heard anything.

Unbelievably rude service… Mind blowing how rude… I won’t ever use this facility again. The Key West Mailroom is located at Duval Square.. please support this local business instead as they are polite and professional.

Very bad experience, February 10 at 9:00 in the morning the lady clerk stop me , to answer personal cell phone txt message. Yes, she did it with the smile. The line is 10 ppl behind me. I wish she can do the same with the customer. Do her job with the smile. If I see her again in PO I will just leave again. It's the worst customer service I ever experienced. Where is quality control and supervision???
