Jacuzzi was only working 1st day and that is it , for the rest of the stay wasn't working, the unit was kind a dirty , I think they just picked up the large trash and that's it

Cute place with nice condos, my fiance and I stayed in one of the smallest but had everything we needed and great space for the both of us. The place have a pool, tennis court, parking space and a mini golf. The beach/ocean is across the street. You will love it!

WHAT IS THE TOTAL NUMBER OF UNITS IN COMLEX? IS THERE 0N SITE MGMT OFFICE? ARE OWNERS ALLOWED TO SCREEN IN BALCONIES? HAVE WASHER/DRYERS BEEN INSTALLED IN SOME UNITS? HOW COMMON IS IT FOR OWNERS TO RENT OUT CARPORT PARKING SPACES? THANK YOU!

I believe they are 112 units.office is not on site. No screens on balconies. Washers and dryers are not allowed in units.unsure of carports rented.

This is the second row, you walk out, cross the street and then walk thru the parking lot of an ocean front condo and you are at the beach. About a 5 min walk
