NEW MANAGEMENT!!! 🤩 After many awful experiences with the old owners and employees I had avoided this particular Salvation Army for awhile. I was pleasantly surprised to hear they are under new management! Tasha and her new staff are SO kind. They welcome everyone that walks through the door, offer baskets and are you just truly NICE people. The racks are stocked and organized. I can’t say enough good things! Thank you thank you thank you for making Salvation Army Key West great again!

They're closed on Wednesdays and Sundays, and they work from 9:30 am til 4:45 pm.

I used to enjoy The Salvation Army , made many good deals, unfortunately this particular one leaves a lot to be desired. The customer service is the worst, they treat customers disrespectful and also their own employees worse. They put out equipment without checking if it works, you buy on faith and can forget about any refund. They basically steal your money.. This location is an embarrassment to the good works of the Salvation Army known to the rest of the world.. The lady at the desk today was a horror story!!

There is a donation box at each location but if it's larger items that we would prefer to receive them during business hours which are Monday through Saturday from 9:30 to 5. Thank you.
Yes just call the office
If the metal container is empty they will be safe from the elements and people. If you put the boxes by the back double doors people will rummage through them and it will look like a war zone. Preferably donate during operating hours Monday through Saturday.
