The Neece center gave me a place to stay at an affordable price, and I made friends with bountiful people of addiction and/or homeless standards which I got to enjoy their and my recovery from a poverty stricken situation. Had a fair amount of time to get my priorities straightened out. Thnx to all who organized this recovery Program.

If you're homeless (or in substance abuse recovery) and only expect a bed in a bunkroom, you're might be in luck. If you expect creature comforts (such as a TV or smoke-free recreation space) you're S.O.L. If you think you're going to live there and enjoy yourself like you were at home... stay away.

FKOC thinks because it's a program that they are excluded from from any form of state law so they can evict you quickly while they will not refund you any partial rent. There is a ton of hijinks over there they wont deal with such as thieves and medications missing from the med room and some of their men be going after woman at domestic abuse shelter just looking for a bed buddy they can sneak around even though they can't afford it. And one of the bosses sounds like a horse as she clops away.

This isnt a hotel, it is a recovery and transition home for men. Transition meaning if your in between homes and dont want to sleep outside and go to jail for 29 days
