I would like to thank city hall for reserving an area to honor Gabby Petito. I think it is important that family and friends have a nearby place to memorialize her life, as well as a safe location for the lookie loo’s to pay their respects. This is a much nicer alternative to commemorating Gabby, than on the front lawn of the Laundrie’s home. North Port is a very strong and compassionate community, and the overwhelming support for Gabby and her family is evident by observing this beautiful memorial🦋 #JusticeForGabby #GabbyPetitoFoundation

Depends on what license you are talking about. If it's a business license then yes. If it's a driver's license then no, that would be done online or at DMV as Mr Wilson stated.
