I sent a package from Hazelwood, Mo to Imperial, mo on 2/27/18 to a residence. Tracking number says that it was delivered on 2/28/18 to residence. Resident did not receive. Is there anything I can do to try and find this package?

Best case scenario would be for you to call the Imperial post office. Either the postmaster or supervisor there will look into it, and talk with the carrier that was in charge of that route that day. Now these guys aren't miracle workers. Give them a bit of time and be patient with them and they'll find your parcel. :)

You can attempt to contact the postmaster at the Imperial Post Office but it is unlikely they will receive you or listen to you at all.
