I ordered a package through Amazon and paid for overnight shipping to have it delivered today and my driver dropped of just my mail and not my package that I’ve been waiting on and it’s not just this time but numerous times as well where my mail would be late and would either get it late at night or sometime later the next day

Yes.

My wife's current passport is still valid but it has her previous name on it and we plan on traveling with in 6 weeks can we still use her passport and just bring with our marriage license to verify the name change. Dave
