Went to the fair for DJ bingo, and was pleasantly surprised to see how much was going on there. This was my first time at the Webster county Fair. We ate it Cooks snack shack and it was wonderful.

November 13th and 14th
I would say that it depends on each individual vendor, at the least market. There is an atm in doorway of main building.
You can't just go and sell, you have to rent ahead of time for specific weekends. There's a number on 5t he Hill Billy Flea Market site, or call the main office
Actually coming up in May already had April hillbilly swap meet

There usually is this time of year but no guarantee. If you go to the fairgrounds website there's contact information for the person that handles the flea market.
