Horrible!!! We have to have all packages sent to a friends house because we never get them delivered to our door. I work from home, so there's no reason why I shouldn't be able to get them since I am here to hear them knock if they come to the door. They always leave a door tag in the mailbox at the front of our apartment complex that tells us to pick it up from a storage locker. The storage locker is only open while my husband and I are working, so we have to take off to go get the packages! My husband has left a complaint before about them not delivering the packages and leaving the door tag in the mailbox. The mail man came to our door the next day and was banging hard on the door. I opened the door and he was visibly upset and had been crying and told me my husband had thrown mail at him. My husband has never even met him because he's at work when the mail is delivered and it goes to the front office where the mailboxes are, not to our door. Now this week, we've been waiting for a letter from my husband's cousins and the letter showed up as delivered in informed delivery. We checked the mailbox and we did not receive it, so that tells me that once again, they gave our mail to someone else. These are only a few of the issues we have had with them!!!!

One star is not low enough for the mail delivery service, over the phone customer service, the physical location hours are terrible and the overall experience has been terrible. I live in an apartment complex so there's a mail room they put our mail into. The staff delivering mail more often than not puts it in the wrong mailbox, or just doesn't deliver it at all. Packages never make it to my door, they would rather door tag the mailbox instead then hold my package against me at their local building. Which I can't go to after work because they have the most ridiculous hours I've ever seen from a federal building. Now I have to take time from work to go and get my mail, that their employees were too lazy and incompetent to deliver correctly the first time. They must not read the letters before throwing them into the slots, I have never lived somewhere that has more consistently than not given me exclusively someone else's mail instead of my own. I don't know whether to clap my hands at the travesty or be furious. At first I found it kind of funny but it's just sad to see that this is where tax payers hard earned money is being wasted on.
