There isn't a playground nearby. Pioneer park is an area filled with sandstone rock formations and a couple of parking lots so you can explore the area. It also has bathroom facilities, a gazebo, and carved steps to stand on Dixie Rock.

There are no playgrounds, but children seem to find playing on the sandstone just as good or better than one, lol!
