Rude workers that park every car in the drive thru. And if you go inside to order it is just as long if not longer. They are trying to game their systems to hide the fact they are bad workers by "parking" drive thru

Went thru the drive through, ordered a Carl's Famous Star Single Medium combo with fries and Dr. Pepper. Window person was pleasant. Received Famous Star Double burger, Dr. Pepper and fries in a paper sack as opposed to a box. Meal was supposed to be just under $10. Charge was over $13. Burger had two (2) loosely wrapped wrappers around it instead of being neatly wrapped around the burger. Presentation was indicative of poor training OR quality complacency. There are two (2) of these franchises in Saint George, UT, both owned by the same person. I have unsuccessfully attempted to reach the owner several times to suggest improvements without response. Will select competitors like Wendy's, Sonic, In 'N Out, etc. until Carl's Jr. product comes up to corporate standards.
