Call them. I've only seen dogs dropped off. You can call animal control and they maybe do a pick up.

I have a blue pitbull, she’s white and dark blue with light blue eyes. I can’t keep her anymore and she needs a loving home. Can I drop her off here free of charge. She’s a friendly dog who grew up around other animals. She’s 1 yr old.
