I had a great experience with ACME. When I first called, the office staff was very friendly and nice. I had even mentioned that it sounded like an elephant was in my attic after my 3 nights of NOT sleeping LOL. The next day Mickey came out and he was quick to identify the culprits. Mickey went above and beyond; he was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! He even texted me after hours to see how things were going. I was very appreciative of that. Its hard to find good professional people these days and he definitely took his job seriously. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having animal or pest issues. They are prompt and great at communicating with the customer! I would definitely recommend you to ask for Mickey because he is honesty and doesn’t feed you a bunch of bs to collect money. He went over several different treatments and prices and fully left it up to me to decide. There was no pressure to go anyway and I appreciate that the most!
