My dog LOVED going to doggy daycare at Happy Tails. The staff were friendly and always welcoming towards my GSD. He is very particular with who he trusts. However, each time he went to Happy Tails, he eagerly ran to the staff with pure excitement! Great place for daycare as well as boarding.

My dog failed the assessment. HOWEVER! I am so appreciative of the staff for taking ample time to not only work with her but also get on the phone with me and thoroughly explain their process and give me step by step evaluations of how her visit went. I am a new dog parent, and my olde English bulldog is super young. We got her during quarantine and every new adventure we go on is not only exciting but scary. I care so much for her and worry about her greatly when she is put into a new situation. It speaks volumes to have someone take time out of their busy day to sit with me and give me step by step replays on what her experience was like, even if it didn’t work out. It made me feel special and tended to with genuine care. I have had many many friends recommend this establishment to me, and I can see why! I am super bummed it didn’t work for my Ruby, but I am so appreciative that they even evaluated her in the first place in great detail! Super reflective of how much they care for their dogs, their staff and even the safety and happiness of the dogs it doesn’t work out for in the end. :)

So happy we found Happy Tails! We recently moved and switched daycare that were closer to our new home-Happg Tails was the obvious choice. Our pups LOVE this place and the staff was super helpful in easing my helicopter dog mom tendencies during the transition.
