The park is open from DAWN to DUSK. It is strictly enforced. It is closed during non-daylight hours due to the cliffs and for safety reasons. Google only has a time frame of hours and not a place to put "dawn to dusk" so it was the only safe hours I could put because daylight varies seasonally. The park officers clear all areas at dark.
