Charged for a room we didn't even stay in or take the keys to when we arrived. Thought we had cleared it up when we got to the B&B, but came to find out they charged my card anyways. At best, we made a simple oversight in our booking. At worst, we were just taken advantage of. Either way, i think the fair thing to do would be to only charge us for the services we actually used - two nights in ONE room. They might reply to this message stating they knocked off the price of one night for the room we didnt use(which they did) but it's still very unreasonable to pay an extra 280 dollars over what amounts to a booking error at best. Especially on a weekend when we were one of only two rooms occupied. I called the owner and respectfully tried to make my case, but was just brushed off. He really seemed like a sweet older gentleman in person, but over the phone he was fairly mean and rude. I tried to be calm, collected, and respectful. I'm still hoping my view is seen, and I'd be happy to change my review but as it stands now I feel taken advantage of.

BJ has a very nice place and his hospitality was awesome. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast on the front porch over looking the beautiful lake, with all the nature. Hocking Hills is a great place to visit with alot of hiking, would go back to the Geaogian manor. Thanks again BJ.
